Therefore, the mail system of the enterprise see it as another (SMTP) email server.

 Products and services
Mobiline Webshop is a distributor of its own and other company’s telecommunication products.
All pictures presented on the web site are illustrations and may differ from the real products. 
All presented products can be order only through online web interface of the webshop.
The delivery cost is not included into the price of the products.
Our prices are nett prices and don't containing 27% sales tax.
 
Delivery price

We use the following carrier for delivery in Hungary and abroad:
To Hungary and foreign countries we deliver with DPD Hungária KFT.
The price of the delivery depends on actual DPD delivery prices.
 
Carriers deliver packages only on working days, between 8 am and 5 pm.
Invoice and guarantee are included into the product package. Please always check the package and the ordered product before couriers leave your location. If you find any damage you should  write a protocol about it on site and send it with the courier. We do not accept any complaint and claims without protocols. 

Registration
It is allowed to use the Mobiline Webshop without registration. Only registered users can make purchase on our webshop. Advantage of registration is that the next time you don’t have to give information about yourself again, you can also give several delivery addresses and always track your order and delivery status on our webshop.
Registration usually takes less than 2 minutes.
Please fill in all data very punctually to make delivery to the right address. 

Order process
1. On the site of the selected product use Add to Cart button. You can always check your cart content.
2. To continue making purchases push “Products and Services” button to return to the list of the products.
3. Please return to point one, if you’d like to buy another product.
4. Press View cart button after selecting all the products, ii allows you to delete or change the amount of the products if necessary, and then press Update button.
5. Next step in the order process is to select the shipping mode.
6. Last step of the order process is to press “Buy the product in Your cart” button, which will send your order to us.
7. The system sends the customer an automatic e-mail about successful order.
The order is active only if the confirmation e-mail was sent out to the customer.
The order must be paid in advance by bank transfer to our bank account.
Processing of the orders are made on working days between 9 am and 5 pm Hungarian time, but no later than within the next 72 hours.
The order can be also done out of our working time and will be processed on the next working day.
 The system sends the customers an automatic letter about the completed order which contains Proforma Invoice and order number. Order number can be used for tracking your order by calling us or writing to us, besides, you can keep track of your order on the Mobiline webshop, under  “Your purchases” menu after the login. 
Prices: All prices in the Mobiline Webshop are retail prices. The end price is indicated in the confirmation letter of the order. It can happen that by technical mistake the price of the product is not correct. In such situation before sending out the product the customer service will contact the customer (by Phone/email) to verify the correct price. Such orders are not valid and Mobiline kft. bears no liability for any losses resulting from it.
In case the goods are returned by the customer's fault Mobiline will be entitled to impose on the customer the delivery and resending costs which should be paid in advance before the next delivery.

Warranty
 
Delta System KFT gives the 12-month warranty for distributed products.
In case of the product failure the warranty can be applied as follows:

Guaranty letter is valid only with the original invoice.
 

Warranty process must be started through the Mobiline Webshop:
●      Login to the Mobiline Webshop with email address and password
●      Go to Support menu
●      Select “New Message”
●      Please write to us about your problem and we will contact you as soon as possible. It is important to describe your     problem as it can help to find the solution.
●      Deliver a faulty product to our service (Budapest, XIII., Lehel u. 14) as soon as possible before your warranty expiry.
●      Before sending a faulty product please wait for our reply, as the problem can be caused by wrong settings or usage.
●      The delivery should be paid by the customer. We won't accept postpaid packages.
●      As soon as the service receives a faulty product it must contact the customer to inform about the fault and the service time.
●      The service sends back improved products at the expense of Delta System KFT or the customer can pick them up in our service department.
●      Customer should check the package and the serviced product before couriers leaves customer's location. If you find any damage you should  write a protocol about it and send it with the courier and we will replace the product by a new one. We do not accept any complaint or claims without protocols.
If our service receives a faultless product or the fault is caused by improper use, then the warranty service can’t be applied and the service will be entitled to impose the delivery back charge on the customer. 

Disclaimer
The customer is entitled to disclaim the purchase of the ordered product during eight days from the date of product receipt.
In this case Delta System KFT is obliged to repay the customer the procurement price of the product no later than within the next thirty days after the denial or restitution of the product.
The product delivery or restitution costs are to be repaid by the customer.

Legal procedure of disclaimer

In case the disclaimer is posted by a letter it will be valid within 8 working days from the date of its sending. Thus, it is advisable to send it by a registered letter so that the date of its sending could be mutually approved.
The ordered products should be forwarded to the address of our company. The expenses on the postal return should be incurred by the customer. Do not send the product by C.O.D.! Parcels posted back by C.O.D. are not accepted by our company and the expenses connected are to be paid by the customer!  
The improperly used product is not subject to the warranty. It means that the customer should incur the expenses on damages arisen from the improper use of the product. The cost of the disclaimed product will be returned to the specified bank account within the next 30 days.
 
Data handling

 

The product data, pictures and descriptions are the property of Mobiline Kft. and their accumulation, contraction and storage can be done only by the authorization of Mobiline Kft.

Forgotten password: The password forwarding to the specified e-mail address can be requested using our password reminder function during registration. In this case it is advisable to change the password after entering.
Note that the password specified during registration should be kept in secret and not be let out to the unauthorized. Mobiline Kft. is not responsible for erroneous deliveries and damages.
Personal information required to make an order at the Mobiline webshop is kept in secret and not disclosed to the third parties, except for the data necessary for subcontractors fulfilling an order, such as delivery service.
When browsing the Mobiline webshop, you can attach some technical data (such as log file format  including user's ip-address, date, browsed URL page) which can be used for statistical purposes but not for personal identification. The system saves the information as so-called "cookies" in a computer used. The cookies are not suitable for the user's personal identification and can be used only during the working process.
The Mobiline webshop system must be initiated by enabling cookies, otherwise some functions remain inactive.
The invoice is made out for each ordered product according to the current legislative procedures and terms.
Data deletion or modification within the system can be requested in writing at any time.
